In order to remain covered after the expiration date of an individual permit issued under this subchapter, a permittee shall reapply to the department at least 180 days prior to the expiration date of the permit for continued coverage under a reissued permit. Permittees shall include the elements listed in ss. NR 216.032 and 216.07(8) (j) in the reapplication. If the permit is not reissued by the time the existing permit expires, the existing permit remains in effect.
