Section NR 216.065 - Permittee responsibility and permit conditions(1) CO-PERMITTEES. For a group of co-permittees, a single co-permittee is responsible only for permit conditions relating to discharges from the municipal separate storm sewer systems for which it is the owner or operator.(2) CONDITIONS. Permits may specify different conditions for different discharges covered by a permit, including distinctive management programs for different storm water drainage areas.Wis. Admin.
