Section NR 812.06 - Drinking water standards

Private or non-community water systems producing water containing contaminant levels in excess of the primary drinking water standards contained in ch. NR 809, the enforcement standards contained in ch. NR 140, or other advisory levels identified by the department may be designated by the department as contaminated.
