Section NR 809.314 - Treatment technique compliance with distribution system microbiological contaminants A treatment technique violation occurs when sub. (1) or (2) occurs.
(1) A public water system exceeds a treatment technique trigger specified in s. NR 809.313(1) and the water supplier fails to conduct the required assessment or corrective actions within the timeframe specified in s. NR 809.313(2) and (3).(2) The water supplier of a seasonal system fails to complete a department-approved start-up procedure prior to serving water to the public.Wis. Admin.
