Section NR 300.16 - Individual water quality certification decisions

If the U.S. army corps of engineers determines that an individual water quality certification decision is required, the department shall use the individual permit review process and comply with the applicable timelines specified under s. NR 300.07. The fee shall be $700 for these determinations.
