Section NR 520.13 - Bankruptcy notification

The owner or operator of a facility for the land disposal of solid waste shall notify the department by certified mail of the commencement of a voluntary or involuntary proceeding under the bankruptcy code, 11 USC 101, et seq., naming the owner or operator as debtor, within 10 days after commencement of the proceeding.
