Section NR 714.03 - Definitions(1)"Public meeting" means a meeting held for general informational purposes and that is not required by statute.(2)"Continuing obligations" are property-specific responsibilities of a property owner that are established either before or after the state approves an environmental cleanup, and that apply to the property regardless of changes of ownership. Continuing obligations include but are not limited to environmental limitations or conditions established in the state's closure approval letter.Wis. Admin.
