Section NR 670.417 - Response to comments(1)At the time that any final license decision is issued under s. NR 670.415, the department shall issue a response to comments. This response shall include both of the following: (a) Specify which provisions, if any, of the preliminary determination have been changed in the final license decision, and the reasons for the change.(b) Briefly describe and respond to all significant comments on the preliminary determination raised during the public comment period, or during any hearing.(3)The response to comments shall be available to the public.Wis.
