Section NR 664.0010 - Applicability(1) This subchapter applies to owners and operators of all hazardous waste facilities, except as provided in s. NR 664.0001 and sub. (2).(2) Section NR 664.0018(2) applies only to facilities regulated under subchs. I to O and X.
