A hazardous secondary material stored in a unit more than 90 days after the unit ceases to operate under the remanufacturing exclusion specified in s. NR 661.0004(1) (za) or otherwise ceases to be operated for manufacturing or for storage of a product or a raw material, becomes subject to regulation as hazardous waste under chs. NR 661 to 666, 668, and 670, as applicable.
