Section NR 428.10 - Petitions

The owner or operator of an NOx emissions source may submit a petition to the department requesting approval to apply an alternative to any requirement of this subchapter. Application of an alternative to any requirement of this subchapter is in accordance with this subchapter only to the extent that the petition under this section is approved by the department.
