Section 5-101.11 - Approved System

DRINKING WATER shall be obtained from an APPROVED source that is:

(A) A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM; ^P or

(B) A nonPUBLIC WATER SYSTEM that is located on PREMISES and constructed, maintained, and operated according to ch. NR 809, Safe Drinking Water and ch. NR 812, Well Construction and Pump Installation as enforced by the department of natural resources. ^P
