Section DHS 167.02 - Applicability

This chapter applies to the department and to no more than 2 regional poison control centers that receive state general purpose revenue under s. 255.35(3), Stats., for the provision of poison control services, provided that funds are available under s. 20.435(1) (ds), Stats.
