Section DHS 159.48 - Responsibilities of a designated asbestos coordinator
(1) The designated asbestos person shall ensure that the LEA complies with AHERA requirements under, Subpart E.
(2) The designated asbestos person shall ensure that the LEA complies with this chapter.
