Section DHS 145.22 - Treatment guidelines

The official statements of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shall be considered in the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases unless otherwise specified by the state epidemiologist. Specific medical treatment shall be prescribed by a physician or advanced practice nurse prescriber.
