Section DHS 145.18 - Criteria for determination of suspectsAny person falling into one or more of the following categories is designated as a suspect:
(1) Persons identified as sexual contacts of a sexually transmitted disease case;(2) Persons having positive laboratory or clinical findings of sexually transmitted disease; and(3) Persons in whom epidemiologic evidence indicates a sexually transmitted disease may exist.Wis.
