Section DHS 124.41 - Rural health plan

Before implementation of the state medicare rural hospital flexibility program pursuant to for the establishment of critical access hospitals, the department shall develop a rural health plan. The department shall submit the rural health plan to the federal centers for medicare and medicaid services for approval.
