Section DHS 110.31 - Expiration dates; approvals and certifications(1) MEDICAL DIRECTOR AND PROGRAM DIRECTOR APPROVAL. Department approval of the training center medical director and the training center program director shall remain in effect as long as all requirements continue to be met or until the approval is revoked, suspended, or voluntarily surrendered.(2) EMS INSTRUCTOR II CERTIFICATION. Certification for EMS instructor II shall expire on June 30 of the 3rd year of the triennial period unless renewed. If an individual does not timely renew his or her EMS instructor II certification, under s. DHS 110.28(2), the certification expires and the individual may not act as an EMS instructor II until the certification is renewed.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Health Services DHS 110.31
