Section DHS 75.39 - Medications

A residential service shall meet the requirements for medications under s. DHS 75.24(19) or 83.37, whichever standard is higher. The medication storage area shall be clean, and shall be separated by a wall from any restroom, cleaning products, or any food-preparation or storage area.
