Section DHS 75.16 - Applicability of treatment service general requirements

This subchapter establishes general requirements that apply to the 11 types of community substance use treatment services under ss. DHS 75.49 to 75.59. General requirements apply to all treatment services certified under this chapter, unless otherwise specified.
