Section DFI-WCA 1.67 - Voluntary surrender of collateral

Pursuant to s. 425.204, Stats., a creditor may notify a customer of his or her right to voluntarily surrender the collateral. Such a notice will not be considered a request or demand pursuant to s. 425.204(3), Stats.
