Section DFI-WCA 1.391 - Restrictions on security interest; proceeds

A security interest with respect to a consumer credit sale as described in s. 422.417(1), Stats., may include repair or replacement parts in the property sold as well as proceeds of the property subject to s. 409.306, Stats., regarding proceeds.
