Section DFI-WCA 1.28 - Deferral charges; unilateral deferral at no cost

Notwithstanding s. 422.204, Stats., any number of the instalments may be deferred unilaterally by the creditor without the notice that would otherwise be required provided there is no charge for such deferral.
