Section DFI-WCA 1.05 - General definitions; consumer credit transactions

Acquisition of a leasehold interest in real property by a customer from a merchant is not a consumer lease within the meaning of s. 421.301(11), Stats. For laws governing the leasing of real estate see ch. 704, Stats.
