Section DFI-Sec 8.04 - Form of pleadings

All pleadings, briefs, decisions and orders filed or issued in connection with any administrative proceeding under this chapter shall be captioned "Before the division of Securities, State of Wisconsin" and shall be entitled "In the Matter of (name of party or parties), Petitioner (or Respondent)."
