Section DFI-Sec 3.04 - Trust indenture requirements

Trust indentures required under ch. 551, Stats., and chs. DFI-Sec 1 to 9, shall meet the requirements of the trust indenture act of 1939, whether or not exempt under that act, unless the division otherwise permits or requires.
