Section DFI-SL 1.01 - Construction of language

In all chapters beginning with DFI-SL, unless otherwise indicated, all words and phrases shall be construed according to their common and approved usage unless such construction would produce a result inconsistent with the manifest intent of the legislature in enacting ch. 215, Stats., or of the division and the review board in adopting these rules.
