Section DFI-CCS 25.02 - Notices from the department; notary contact information(1) Notices and other communications from the department may be provided to a notary public by email or other electronic means.(2) A notary public shall provide the department with written notice, in a form and manner acceptable to the department, of any change of name, seal or stamp, and address, including primary email address, within 10 days of the change.Wis.
