Section DFI-Bkg 77.07 - Effect of nonredemption

A pledgor has no obligation to redeem pledged goods or make any payment on a pawn transaction. Pledged goods not redeemed within 30 days after the original or extended maturity date of the loan shall automatically be forfeited to the pawnbroker.
