Section DFI-Bkg 76.03 - Delinquency and deferral charges(1) In consumer credit transactions a retail seller may contract for and receive delinquency charges only in accordance with s. 422.203, Stats., and regulations issued by the administrator of the division of banking thereunder.(3) A retail seller may contract for and assess deferral charges only in accordance with s. 422.204, Stats., and regulations issued by the administrator of the division of banking thereunder.Wis.
