Section DFI-Bkg 40.06 - Loan processors and underwriters

An independent contractor may not engage in the activities of a loan processor or underwriter unless he or she is licensed under s. 224.725, Stats., and has obtained a valid unique identifier issued by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
