Section DFI-Bkg 11.01 - Application of rules

These rules shall apply in all proceedings and hearings had before the administrator of the division of banking in matters within his or her jurisdiction and shall apply except in cases where inconsistent with the procedure provided by statute in particular instances. "Administrator" means the administrator of the division of banking in the department of financial institutions.

1995 Wis. Act 27 replaced the commissioner of banking with the division of banking in the department of financial institutions.
