Section ETF 52.18 - Establishing estimated monthly reductions(1) The department may reduce monthly duty disability benefits consistently during a year by estimating applicable reductions and correcting any resulting over- or under-payments in an annual reconciliation.(2) The department shall provide each participant receiving duty disability benefits with a written statement showing the monthly salary amount, effective date, maximum amount of duty disability benefits and reductions to monthly benefits. (3) A participant eligible to receive duty disability benefits may request that his or her estimated reductions be adjusted to more accurately conform to anticipated income from sources specified in s. 40.65(5) (b), Stats.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Employee Trust Funds § ETF 52.18
