Section DOC 346.54 - Staffing plan in a juvenile portion of a county jail(1) No officer providing supervision to juveniles may be responsible for the supervision of more than 30 individuals.(2) No officer responsible for supervision of juveniles may during the same time period have responsibility for radio or dispatch duties.(3) An officer of the same gender as the juveniles being admitted or held in custody shall be on duty in the facility.(4) At all times an officer shall be within hearing distance of the area in which a juvenile is confined.Wis.
