Section DOC 332.015 - Authority and applicability of lie detector testing

Sections DOC 332.15 to a repromulgated 332.18 under the authority of s. 301.132(3), Stats., to establish a lie detector program for probationers and parolees who are sex offenders. The rules apply to the department and to probationers and parolees who are sex offenders.
