Section DCF 57.52 - Corporate licensure(1) Before a corporation may be issued a license to operate a group home the corporation shall be incorporated under the laws of Wisconsin or shall have written authorization from the department of financial institutions to do business in Wisconsin.(2) The corporation shall designate an authorized representative who shall have responsibility for the administration of the group home.Wis.
