Section DCF 57.39 - Confidentiality

Information and records on residents shall be kept confidential and shall be protected from unauthorized examination pursuant to s. 48.78 and 48.981(7), Stats., or where applicable s. 51.30(4), Stats., and ch. DHS 92.
