Section DCF 252.51 - Compliance with licensing standards(1) A day care program established and provided by a school board shall comply with applicable standards under subch. I or ch. DCF 250 or 251 governing the operation of day care centers.(2) The department shall inspect the day care program established and provided by a school board and document in writing for the school board whether or not the day care program complies with the applicable standards for day care centers under this chapter.Wis.
