Section ATCP 94.215 - E15 specifications(1) REQUIREMENTS. Any fuel product designated by name or reference or defined as "E15" shall meet the requirements specified in ASTM D4814. Any person who distributes E15 shall state on any invoice, bill of lading, shipping paper, or other documentation accompanying the shipment used in normal and customary business practices, the maximum percent by volume of ethanol.(2) REID VAPOR PRESSURE FOR E15. The blend shall meet ASTM D4814, "Standard Specification for Automotive Spark-Ignition Engine Fuel," except that the maximum vapor pressure shall not exceed the ASTM D4814 limits by more than 1.0 psi for blends containing one or more percent by volume ethanol for volatility classes A, B, C, D, and E from September 16 through May 31.Wis.
