Section ATCP 93.370 - Emergency shutoff for transfers(1) An emergency electrical shutoff shall be installed in accordance with NFPA 30A section 6.7 on any new or existing system that provides for the transfer of product from a fixed storage tank system to a tank vehicle rail tank car or vehicle fuel tank.(2) The emergency electrical shutoff shall be tested annually.
