Section ATCP 91.07 - Railroad car tare weights

Whenever stenciled tare weights on railroad freight cars are used in the sale of commodities or the assessment of freight charges, the stenciled tare weights shall comply with NIST Handbook 130, ch. IV.B, section 3.4.
