Section ATCP 161.64 - Grant and loan proposals(1) GENERAL. To obtain a grant or loan under s. ATCP 161.62 (1), a person shall submit a grant or loan proposal in response to a department request for grant proposals under sub. (2).(2) REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. (a) The department may, at any time, issue a request for grant and loan proposals. The department shall issue a request for grant and loan proposals at least once during every state fiscal biennium. A request for grant and loan proposals shall be signed by an authorized department official and shall include all of the following: 1. A deadline date and address for submitting proposals.2. Format and content requirements for proposals.3. The name, business mailing address, business email address, and business telephone number of a department representative who can provide more information or answer questions about the request for proposals.4. Other relevant terms and conditions that the department wishes to include.(b) The department shall issue a general news release announcing each request for grant and loan proposals.Wis. Admin.
