Section ATCP 149.05 - Applicability(1) SCOPE. Unless otherwise excluded or exempt, this order is applicable to all potatoes grown in the state and sold into commercial channels, including potatoes sold for seed, processing or fresh consumption.(2) EXCLUSIONS.
