Section ATCP 76.01 - Authority and purpose

This chapter is promulgated pursuant to ss. 97.67(1), (4) and 227.11(2) (a), Stats., to prescribe rules for the maintenance and operation of public pools and water attractions for enforcement by the department or its agent to protect public health and safety.
