Section ATCP 10.77 - Moving goats in Wisconsin(1) Except as provided in sub. (2), no person may sell or move a goat within this state unless that goat bears an official individual identification.(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to any of the following:(a) A neutered goat under 12 months old.(b) A goat under 12 months old that is shipped directly to a slaughtering establishment for slaughter.Wis.
