Section ATCP 50.24 - Department review The department may review the activities of a county land conservation committee under this chapter. The department may do any of the following in connection with its review:
(1) Require the committee to provide relevant information requested by the department, including information from the county's annual financial and compliance audit.(2) Require the committee to discuss, with the department, county compliance with this chapter.(4) Inspect activities and practices funded under this chapter.Wis.
