Section ATCP 48.42 - Removing lands from drainage districtNo landowner, including the state of Wisconsin or any county, town, village or city, may do either of the following:
(1) Remove lands from inclusion in a drainage district without obtaining the approval of the county drainage board under s. 88.80, Stats.(2) Disconnect a private drain from a district drain, except with the approval of the county drainage board.Wis.
