Section Adm 92.76 - 90-day owner who rents(1) GENERAL. An agency shall pay a person who has occupied a dwelling for not less than 90 days before initiation of negotiations, a rental assistance payment not to exceed $8,000 for 4 years.(2) COMPUTATION OF PAYMENT. The payment shall be computed as specified under s. Adm 92.78, except the economic rent of the acquired dwelling shall be used to compute the payment.Wis. Admin.
