Section Game 43.03 - Expenditures for conduct of bingo(1) No expenditures for any goods or services incidental to the conduct of a bingo occasion may exceed the fair market value of the goods or services obtained.(2) Rent payments made for the use of a location for a bingo occasion may not include any compensation for any person associated with the owner or the person in control of the premises rented for assisting in the conduct of the bingo occasion.Wis.
