Section ER 3.02 - Establishing the classification of a position(1) After an appointing authority has received budgetary approval for a new position and desires to fill the position, a written description of the position's duties and responsibilities and any other pertinent information as required shall be submitted to the administrator.(2) The administrator shall then allocate the position under s. 230.09(2) (a), Stats.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Administration-Division of Personnel Management ER 3.02
